The TC 37 Advisory Group is invited to participate in a two-day planning session to be held August 11 and 12 in Provo.

The meetings will take place at:

August 11: 10:00 - 5:30; August 12: 9:30 - 5:00

All Sub-Committee chairs and secretaries will be invited, along with all conveners and task-group leaders. Invitations and agendas will be circulated by the TC 37 Secretariate.

There will be a catered lunch both days because there are limited restaurent facilities close by for the number of people we anticipate at these meetings. The cost for lunch and meeting refreshments will be $20 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate your participation in this lunch when you register for the meetings and include this in your paypal registration fee.
