The work of the data category can be handled by another (for example the concept relations in Section 6 can be handled by the relations in Section 7).

Reason B

A finer or coarser level of granularity was chosen for blind interchange (for example, the distinction between initialism and acronym are conflated into abbreviated form in blind interchange).

Reason C

The data category is not easily interchanged and would not be relevant in another termbase (for example, processing status).
